Pricing

Too often, many tradesmen and general builders don’t see profit in small jobs. This usually means that repair and maintenance work is overpriced and fitted in between other jobs, not at Cornwall Handyman.

We believe in dedication to our customers and endeavour to make our service as customer friendly and easy to use as possible, therefore we do not charge a call out fee, or have any hidden charges.

We also offer a free no obligation estimate. Our pricing structure aims to ensure you get the best possible value for money, as a result we offer pricing variations depending on the size of the job.

• Small Jobs; For jobs lasting less than a working day we charge by the half hour. Our minimum charge is for one hour. Alternatively, you can rent a handyman for a working day at a reduced rate.

• Larger Jobs; For jobs anticipated to last more than a working day, a free, no obligation estimate can be given.

• Maintenance Jobs; Regular maintenance work, carried out at least quarterly and pre-booked, will be priced at a reduced rate. This reduction will commence from the second visit.
